Please take a moment ot review practice policies prior to scheduling your appointment.
We charge the full fee for missed sessions or sessions canceled with less than 24 hours of notice. Although we use the standard 24-hours policy, we ask that you please notify us of your cancelation as soon as you are able. The ability to refill empty appointments is something we must do to ensure business and we appreciate your understanding of the matter. Should an unforeseen event prohibit you from keeping your appointment, please call the office as soon as you are able so that we can respond considerately.
Please make every effort to arrive to your appointment on time. Appointments begin and end on time. You will be charged the full fee for the time you scheduled.
You are expected to arrive clean and dressed properly for a public, professional setting. Please refrain from wearing perfume or cologne the day of your appointment. We see people with sensitivies and because we work in a somewhat small, confined area, strong odors can also be difficult to for us to negotiate.
Sexual conduct from clients is not tolerated. We reserve the right to terminate sessions and refuse treatment for individuals who initiate provocative language or actions.
There is no convenient place within the building for discrete, quiet phone conversations. To be courteous to the several businesses inside, please complete your phone conversations in the parking area, prior to entering the building. Phones need to be silenced / turned off during treatment.
Pets are not allowed in the office.
