Mye Lane has training in Muscular Therapy, Neuromuscular / Myofascial techniques, and Orthopedic Massage (injury assessment and treatment). She is a graduate of the Muscular Therapy Institute in Watertown, MA, is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association, and is certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork Professionals.

Mye's goal as a therapist is simply to help you remain actively doing what you desire.

I got into this field because I experienced low back pain, pain so bad I had to walk downstairs backwards. My PCP prescribed bed rest, which I endured for about day before going stir crazy. Resting didn't help the pain and it certainly didn't help my disposition. I had to move.

I began researching to find ways to help myself. I improved. And then, I decided I wanted to learn to help others.

Mye partners with you to tailor treatment plans according to your individual needs and she strives to enhance your awareness of physical and mental states that often result in discomfort. Mye enjoys studying the mechanical and biological aspects of muscular therapy and is eager to share her knowledge with you. She feels an increased understanding of the body results in a deeper appreciation of it.

Prior to her career in Muscular Therapy, Mye worked in high tech as a developer, analyst, and Web designer. She has her B.S. in Applied Mathematics from Purdue University.

I'm not a healer and I'm not a doctor,
he would say, I'm just a mechanic.
